With over 15 years of experience in the security industry, our founder brings a depth of knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise developed across some of the most demanding environments in the UK.

Having managed large teams in high-pressure and often volatile situations, he has built a reputation for maintaining control, professionalism, and clear decision-making where it matters most. His background includes overseeing healthcare security across some of the largest hospitals in the UK, where safety, sensitivity, and rapid response are critical to daily operations.

In addition to his healthcare experience, he has held senior positions as Head of Security for leading corporate organisations, delivering strategic oversight, risk management, and tailored security solutions at the highest level. His expertise also extends to close protection, providing discreet and effective personal security for clients requiring a more specialised service.

On a personal level, he is a dedicated bodybuilder with a strong passion for discipline, consistency, and continual self-improvement. This mindset underpins his professional approach—driven by high standards, resilience, and a commitment to achieving excellence in every aspect of his work.
